PIG FAT
By Dr. M. Amjad Khan .
In nearly all the western countries including Europe, the PRIMARY choice for meat is PIG.
There are a lot of farms in these countries to breed this animal..
In France alone, Pig farms account for more than 42,000.
PIGS have the highest quantity of FAT in their body than any other animal.
But, Europeans and Americans try to avoid fats.
Thus, where does the FAT from these PIGS go?
All pigs are cut in slaughter houses under the control of the department of food and it was the headache of the department of food to dispose of the fat removed from these pigs.
Formally, it was burnt (about 60 years ago).
Then, they thought of utilizing it.
First, they experimented it in the making of SOAPS and it worked..
Then, a full network was formed and this FAT was chemically processed, packed and marketed, while the other manufacturing companies bought it.
In the meantime, all European States made it a rule that every Food, Medical and Personal Hygiene product should have the ingredients listed on its cover.
So, this ingredient was listed as PIG FAT.
Those who are living in Europe for the past 40 years know about this.
But, these products came under a ban by the ISLAMIC COUNTRIES at that time, which resulted in a trade deficit.
Going back in time, if you are somehow related to South East Asia , you might know about the provoking factors of the 1857 CIVIL WAR.
At that time, rifle bullets were made in Europe and transported to the Sub-continent through the Sea.
It took months to reach there and the gun powder in it was ruined due to the exposure to sea.
Then, they got the idea of coating the bullets with fat, which was PIG FAT..
The fat layer had to be scratched by teeth before using them.
When the word spread, the soldiers, mostly Muslim and some segregationists, refused to fight.
which eventually lead to the Civil War.
The Europeans recognized these facts, and instead of writing PIG FAT, they started writing ANIMAL FAT.
All those living in Europe since 1970's know this fact.
When the companies were asked by authorities from the MUSLIM COUNTRIES, what animal fat is it, they were told it was COW and SHEEP fat.
Here again a question raised, if it was COW or SHEEP fat, still it is HARAAM to MUSLIMS, as these animal were not
SLAUGHTERED as per the ISLAMIC LAW.
Thus, they were again banned.
Now, these multinational companies were again facing a severe drought of money as 75% of their income comes from selling their goods to Muslim Countries, and these earn BILLIONS OF DOLLARS of profit from their exports to the MUSLIM WORLD.
Finally, they decided to start a coding language, so that only their Departments of Food Administration should know what they are using, and the common man is left lurking in the dark.
Thus, they started E-CODES.
These E- INGREDIENTS are present in a majority of products of Multinational firms including, but not limited to -
TOOTH PASTE,
SHAVING CREAM
CHEWING GUM,
CHOCOLATE,
SWEETS,
BISCUITS,
CORN FLAKES, TOFFEES,
CANNED FOODS,
FRUIT TINS,
Some medication Multi-vitamins.
Since these goods are being used in all MUSLIM countries indiscrimetly, our society is facing problems like
shamelessness, rudeness and sexual promiscuity.
So, I request all MUSLIMS or non pork eaters to check the ingredients of the ITEMS of daily use and match it with the following list of E-CODES.
E100, E110, E120, E 140, E141, E153, E210, E213, E214, E216, E234,

BED-WETTING
BED-WETTING
For Sheets like the Sahara
Sally, age four, routinely wakes up in the mornings with a wet bed. Joe is five years older. But even at age nine, he tries to stay awake all night whenever he sleeps over at a friend's house. He's still terrified he will wet the bed in his sleep. Sally and Joe share a common childhood problem: bed-wetting. About one in five 4 and 5-year olds wet the bed, and as many as one in ten boys still has a problem by age 12. ( For some reason, it's more common in boys than girls.) ''It's not unusual for children not to be dry at night at age four and five, and some of us really don't consider it something that should be treated until a child is at least six,'' says George Sterne, M.D., clinical professor of pediatrics at Tulane University Medical School and a pediatrician in New Orleans. There may be some kind of physical problem or health condition that's causing your child to wet the bed. If you're concerned about that, you should definitely discuss your child's bed-wetting with a doctor. But usually bed-wetting can be cured without medical intervention, given enough time along with a healthy dose of patience. Here are the techniques the experts recommend. Rid yourself--and Junior--of guilt. Realize that you're not a bad parent because your child wets the bed, and make it clear to your child that he isn't a bad child because he wets. ''Bed-wetting is a biological problem. It occurs in a child who, during sleep, has not learned bladder-control skills,'' says Barton D. Schmitt, M.D., professor of pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, director of consultative services at the Ambulatory Care Center at Children's Hospital of Denver and author of Your Child's Health. ''I think it's so important to tell parents of bed wetters that this is rarely a psychological problem,'' says Dr. Schmitt. ''There's a lot of unnecessary guilt imposed on some very good parents because they see themselves as being somehow to blame.''

When to See the Doctor Bed-wetting is usually a normal, harmless condition of childhood, but there could be a serious physical reason such as a urinary tract infection, diabetes or a physical abnormality. These are rare, but it's still worth a visit to the pediatrician to rule out such possibilities, says George Sterne, M.D., clinical professor of pediatrics at Tulane University Medical School and a pediatrician in New Orleans. You should always see the pediatrician if your child: * Complains of abdominal pain, backache or fever. * Wakes up at night regularly with an intense thirst. * Wets during the day as well as at night. * Has pain during urination. * Has urine with an unpleasant odor. * Is suddenly wetting again after months of staying dry. Also, if your child is over age two and shows no sign of bladder control, you should bring this to the attention of your doctor. Some children take longer than others to begin potty training, but your pediatrician should be aware of your child's progress at this age. |
Is Your Child Sleeping Enough? Setting an earlier bedtime for your child may help solve a bed-wetting problem, says Ronald Dahl, M.D., director of the Children's Sleep Evaluation Center at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh and associate professor of psychiatry and pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. A sleep-deprived child may sleep so deeply that the need to urinate doesn't awaken her. ''Increase the total amount of sleep for the child,'' suggests Dr. Dahl. ''Get on a regular schedule with a set bedtime. Often this can have a big effect.'' |

ATTENTION PROBLEMS
ATTENTION PROBLEMS
A Matter of Focus

When to See the Doctor Most young children are naturally active and may be unable to pay attention to a single task for a long period of time. However, some children who are consistently hyperactive should be evaluated by a mental health professional for possible Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), according to Sam Goldstein, Ph.D., a child psychologist who is a clinical instructor at the University of Utah School of Medicine and codirector of the Neurology, Learning and Behavior Center in Salt Lake City. The following behaviors, if they occur excessively, may indicate the early signs of an ADD problem. * Fidgets with his hands or feet * Talks frequently and loudly * Has difficulty remaining seated * Is easily distracted * Has a short attention span and flits from activity to activity * Has trouble awaiting his turn * Intrudes and acts bossy with other children * Acts impulsively Some ADD traits, such as impulsiveness, hyperactivity and difficulty paying attention to routine activities, are not always liabilities, points out Dr. Goldstein, and can be effectively managed by parents and teachers, with guidance from a professional. In severe cases, stimulant medication may be prescribed for a child with ADD. |
Ensure a Good Night's Sleep To reduce bedtime hassles and ensure your child gets enough sleep, John F. Taylor, Ph.D., a family psychologist in Salem, Oregon, and author of Helping Your Hyperactive Child, suggests that half an hour before bedtime, you give your child a glass of milk or a slice of turkey. Both these snacks are high in protein and contain tryptophan, which can help induce sleepiness. Then follow these bedtime rituals or similar ones. * Bath * Gentle skin contact, such as a back rub * Bedtime story * Warm, friendly tuck-in * Night-light * Tape-recorded bedtime stories the child can play to help soothe him to sleep after you leave the room. |
Cut Down on Additives A number of studies indicate that there is a connection between childhood attention problems and the chemical additives in processed food. According to one study, the behavior of more than half of a group of hyperactive children deteriorated markedly when they were exposed to artificial flavorings, colors and preservatives. Their behavior improved when the additives were removed. While some authorities disagree about the exact role of additives with respect to attentional difficulties and hyperactivity, ''it certainly can't hurt and very possibly may help to eliminate chemical additives as much as possible from your child's diet,'' says John F. Taylor, Ph.D., a family psychologist in Salem, Oregon, and author of Helping Your Hyperactive Child. For information on common additives and how to avoid them, contact the Feingold Association, P.O.
