Top 10 Things for Better Health


If you implement 10 changes into your life, your chances for better health increase 10 times. 10 might sound like a big number, but it is well worth it for better health. Getting sick and going to numerous doctors will cost far more. You owe it to yourself and your family to ensure better health.


1Drink a cup of tea in the morning.
2.Walk 30 minutes each day. 
3.Quit smoking.
4.Quit Drinking Wine or Rum or Beer or Alcoholic drinks.
5.Eat fish twice a week.
6.Take 5 minutes each day to sit in a quiet room with your eyes closed and practice deep breathing.
7.Talk to a friend every day. It can be in person, on the phone, or via e-mail.
8.Take a multivitamin with minerals every morning.
9.Eat whole, natural foods instead of boxed or processed food.
10.Get a good night’s sleep, at least 7 hours each night.
